For our busy beach restaurant Paal 28 we are looking for various:
In this line of work you support our chefs with activities in the kitchen of our beach restaurant. We are looking for a person who is motivated, shows dedication for the job and has a strong personality. For us these qualities weigh heavier than having experience. This job is an excellent way to learn the different aspects of working in a kitchen and get experience in the job as kitchen employee.
Your work activities:
- Selling fast food, beverages and ice-creams in the snack-corner.
- Preparation (deep frying) of fast food.
- Dish washing.
- Dessert preparation for the restaurant.
- Refilling the kitchen supplies
- Preparing our mise en place for lunch and dinner.
- Supporting the chefs during lunch and dinner.
Your profile:
- You are a stickler and have a hands-on mentality.
- You like to work in a team and have a brotherly nature.
- Experience is not required but motivation and dedication are high on our list of priorities.
- You don’t have a 9 to 5 mentality.
Work hours:
Your work hours will be during the afternoon as well as in the evening. From part-timers we expect that they are able to cover at least three shifts on a weekly basis. From season workers we expect that they will be available for at least 4 joint weeks.

You will work in a diverse and motivated team in a rather pleasant and dynamic workscape with a view at one of the nicest beaches of entire Holland. We offer an allowance based on the collective agreement for the catering industry according to your knowledge and expertise.
